Vanessa Albrecht is a dedicated controller with a strong focus on the optimization of processes and structures. After several years of experience in areas such as the glass industry, social housing and e-commerce, she has been able to identify a central challenge that runs through many companies: a lack of structures and inadequate documentation of procedures. The resulting consequences? When employees are absent or leave the company - whether due to illness, retirement or a job change - valuable knowledge is thereby lost. This leads to additional workload, higher costs and a feeling of frustration within the team.

As a Project Professional & Controller, Vanessa supports companies in identifying and restructuring processes and recording them in manageable documentation.
