Sonja Demmer has worked in finance for over 18 years, including 15 years at DAX-listed Henkel. In various roles, she gained international experience in transformation projects, M&A, risk management, process optimization and staff functions. She has been Head of the German & Swiss finance organization since 2022. In addition to organizational development at Henkel, her professional passion is also leadership. For 3 years, she has therefore also been working part-time as an executive coach and leadership trainer at the TAM Academy in Berlin.
