Pia Burkarth is Head of Cost Controlling at Signal Iduna Group. She has 10 years of professional experience in the finance function, especially in the area of Finance Transformation (agile and digital), Group Controlling and BI-Consulting. She has a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, is an agile organization developer and agile coach.

She regularly speaks at conferences on the topics of agility, digitalization and leadership and is involved in the International Association of Controllers (ICV). In the association she leads the working group „Region Munich“ and is the co-lead of the expert group „Agile Controlling“.
