Nicole Pump has more than 30 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, including over 20 years at Schwartauer Werke GmbH & Co. KG. Thanks to her solid professional training as an accountant and international accountant, she combines in-depth expertise in national and international accounting. In her current role as Head of Accounting, she is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the accounting department. A particular focus is on the use of digitalisation and AI (start) to make processes more efficient, transparent and future-proof. Nicole Pump is actively driving forward the transformation of accounting – together with a dedicated and highly motivated team. The focus is on quality, the further development of employees and the successful alignment of the department with the requirements of a modern, digital finance organisation.
