Mirjam Stolz is an experienced financial expert and manager who has held various management positions in the finance department of international groups and family businesses in the media industry. She specialises in the structuring, development and digitalisation of finance organisations. Her focus is on the transformation of the finance role into a strategic business partner.
As Chief Financial Officer, she has been responsible for the German publishing business of the Bauer Media Group in Hamburg since 2022. In this role, she is largely responsible for transforming the finance function by introducing the latest technologies and setting the right course for a digital publishing business.
