Matthias Hoeffler

Matthias Hoefler is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Natif.ai, a SaaS startup where he joined as a late co-founder. Since taking charge in May 2023, Matthias has been driving the company’s growth by overseeing all commercial functions, including strategy, sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, and sales operations. Before his role at Natif.ai, Matthias spent four years at Celonis as the Head of Global Business Development in New York. There, he worked directly with the Celonis Co-Founders on strategically important initiatives like new product launches, strategic technology partnerships, and market entries in Japan as well as the US. Matthias has a background in management consulting, having served as a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group in Dubai, focusing on financial sector clients. He holds Master Degrees in International Management from Esade Business School (Spain) and Ivey Business School (Canada) with a focus on finance.
