Lucas Kosgalwies

Lucas Kosgalwies has been Head of Accounting at Deutsche Fachpflege since March 2024. In this role, he is responsible for the consolidated financial statements and local accounting. He also leads a transformation project to harmonize financial accounting at two locations that are characterized by strong inorganic growth and have very different processes. Another focus of his work is process optimization, with the aim of optimizing and standardizing established processes.
