Janina Hocke

Janina is Head of Finance Operations at NTT DATA Deutschland SE and heads the Accounting department with her two teams. With more than 15 years of experience in various finance functions and 5 years as a managing consultant in IT consulting, she has extensive know-how in her field. Janina also has 9 years of management experience in international companies, which gives her broad professional experience and intercultural skills. She is currently completing a part-time Master's degree in Change Management & Leadership. One of Janina's particular concerns is the implementation of modern management concepts that enable a work-life balance.
