Frank Hendricks and his team support the entire process of information logistics: from data origin to data visualisation. With his clear focus on practical solutions and innovations, he ensures that complex business management figures are calculated consistently and correctly. In doing so, he relies on ready-made planning and controlling models that enable efficient and accurate decision-making.

His sound training as a business graduate with a specialisation in business informatics at the University of Duisburg forms the basis for his expertise. Having worked as a management consultant since 1993, Frank Hendricks has gained valuable experience at well-known companies such as Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini. As co-founder and former CEO of Avantum Consulting, he has also made a decisive contribution to the development of innovative consulting approaches.

Since 2009, Frank Hendricks has been the managing partner of Serwise Deutschland GmbH, which now operates under the name HENDRICKS, ROST & CIE. GmbH. His focus is on process and organisational consulting, controlling and cost accounting as well as BI systems and data warehousing.
