Carola Couch is the Head of Accounting at DR. KADE Health Care. She studied and worked in the U.S., including at Rödl & Partner, a tax and audit firm. After returning to Germany, she held various finance roles in predominantly international companies across different industries. Her key achievements include supporting the setup of a Shared Service Center at Deutsche Bahn and building the DACH finance department for a U.S. cybersecurity company.
