Frank-Michael Pácser

As a former sales expert in the IT and telecommunications industry, Frank has been accompanying digital transformation processes within complex organization structures for years. In his role as managing director of a provider for innovative services, he thereby not only paved the way to the digital age for his customers, but he also advanced future-oriented transformation with smart solutions internally and therefore provided for sustainable growth and success. Since October 2020 Frank has led the ProsiebenSat.1 Shared Service Center and is responsible for newly-bundled services as well as traditional and overall business services. As an innovational leader for transactional processes and back office activities, the Shared Service Center provides financial and payroll accounting for about 70 ProsiebenSat.1 company groups and includes more than 100 employees. Expansion of digitalization and automatization, process stabilization of services, integration of further subsidiaries, integration to SAP S/4HANA and acquisition of further services belong all to Frank’s main areas of responsibility.
