As Head of Finance, Accounting and Tax of the a&o Group, Michael Nowicki is responsible for the company's international finance and accounting, tax and treasury. His work focuses on linking internal and external systems in such a way that added value is created for employees and guests of the hostels. Previously, he was responsible for setting up and developing finance departments in companies from the manufacturing and software industries, among others.
