Thomas Mayer is Director Finance at FLEX Capital, an independent private equity firm, founded by six successful entrepreneurs in 2019, specializing in majority buyouts of internet and software firms within the DACH region. Since joining in 2020, he is responsible for everything Finance and Fund Administration, as well as Financial and Tax Due Diligences. He is also a sparring partner for the CFOs of FLEX’s portfolio companies. Before his tenure at FLEX, he spent several years as a Big4 consultant and as a Head of Finance in different companies in Berlin. Thomas Mayer studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen with a focus on accounting and controlling.
