Christina Martin has been working in governance functions for many years. After holding various positions in management consulting, she has been working at the Otto Group for over six years, currently as Head of Risk Management. She is intensively involved with the restructuring of Risk Management, in particular an interlinking of risk functions (Risk Management, Internal Control System, Compliance, etc.). This interlinking enables Risk Management to meet the speed and efficiency requirements that a constantly changing and challenging market environment places on organizations.
