Arno Ruben Schleußner has built a truly global Accounting team at N26, which was completely shifted to remote work during the Covid-19 crisis. His experience does not only comprise successful ERP implementations, but also the development of robotic process automation in Finance processes. To generate sustainable value out of the Accounting function, he is driving the change from generation to explanation of financial statements. In his credo, the accountant of the future will be much less a bookkeeper than a technically well trained Finance generalist.
