Sebastian is head of Accounting Projects, Processes & Services at ECE. Within the scope of multidisciplinary projects, he is responsible for the implementation, standardization and optimization of processes (end-to-end) for the accounting area in Germany and abroad. He is also an experienced service provider manager and regularly acts as a mediator and conflict manager. He gained practical experience in change management during the acquisition and integration of the Hamburg Süd Group into the Maersk Group. As an accounting manager in an international team, he worked with colleagues from more than 30 countries and was able to achieve rapid success in simplifying processes. Through his many years at EY, he has experience in auditing, audit-related consulting, fraud investigation and transaction tax. He has experience working with companies of various industries and sizes, from startups to public companies, as well as collaborating as part of interdisciplinary and international teams.
