Silvia Geberth

Silvia is a partner heading the Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services at Deloitte Germany. She has over 20 years of practical experience in advising on complex IFRS issues in the context of M&A transactions, finance transformations and the implementation of new and amended regulations – most recently ESEF requirements. Her focus ranges from the preparation of expert opinions on complex accounting issues and ongoing IFRS technical advice to the management of IFRS conversion projects, post-merger integrations and the preparation of special purpose financial statements (carve-out financial statements,historical financial information in the context of IPOs). Silvia is a member of the IFRS working group of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW).
