As Founder and CEO of Pectus, Peer‘s aim is to enable startups and small to medium-sized businesses to implement their FP&A processes with the highest level of efficiency and a data-driven approach that is typically associated with large corporations. Prior to founding Pectus, Peer worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company for almost 9 years. During this time, he realized that the tool set-up used by large corporations is not transferable to smaller businesses, leading to the creation of Pectus. Peer studied Business & Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, followed by a Master's in Management at the London School of Economics.
