Susanne Ollmann

Susanne Ollmann is head of the Shared Service Center Accounting at Villeroy & Boch AG since 2011 and has also been responsible for the SSCAs at the Group sites in Hungary and Thailand since 2013 and 2016 respectively. In addition to ensuring proper and legally compliant accounting for Villeroy & Boch AG and for the 50 Group companies included in the SSCAs, her responsibilities also include customer credit management and payment transactions due to her many years of experience in Corporate Treasury. In the fall of 2022, her responsibilities were expanded globally to include Payroll. A particular focus for her is the standardization and harmonization of processes, as well as increasing their efficiency through the use of digitization opportunities.
