Kim Lorraine Schütze has more than 10 years of professional experience in the consulting industry, with a focus on sustainability, CSR and labor market policy, and has carried out consulting and research projects for international and national clients such as the EU Commission, Federal Ministries, political foundations and various companies. Since July 2022, she has been responsible for Nexperia's global, interdisciplinary ESG project. This includes the coordination and management of the project with participation from HR, Finance, EHS and CSR, Legal, IT as well as communications and marketing. Kim Lorraine Schütze is responsible for the sustainability report and initiating ESG-related projects within the company, and is currently leading Nexperia through its first ESG rating. Prior to joining Nexperia, she was responsible for shaping the employers' association Nordmetall's labor market policy for the metal and electronics industry in northern Germany.
