Franziska is a finance and project manager with earned degrees in accounting and Business Informatics and a 15-year-strong working proficiency in different Finance roles. Her goal is to inspire change through digitalization and an engaging leadership style. At Snipes SE she leads a 20-strong accounting team, divided into five sub-teams from AR, AP, Cash Management and General Ledger to Project Management. In the context of Snipes mission to support the fast-paced dynamics of the street culture community and to be "More Than a Retailer", she is committed to bringing finance processes to the next level to set the basis for a faster-growing business.
