Esther started her career in London working as a Chartered Accountant in tax consulting before joining HUGO BOSS in 2018. In her role as Finance Business Partner, she supports teams in Accounting, Tax and Treasury on their Digital Transformation Journey. Her role, which is unique in the company, includes project and process support as well as innovation management. Esther has a keen interest in complex, multidisciplinary projects, with a focus on change management and communication skills. In her job, she enjoys the inspiring exchange with colleagues, new experiences and the openness for new ideas.
