Christian started his journey with Zalando in 2015 connected with the management of different processes and functions. Since 2018, his focus is on the digital transformation of cross-functional end-to-end processes, on technological advancements as well as on Process+Data Mining. After completing the S4Hana transformation, he leads cross-functional collaboration in Finance Operations regarding process optimizations, automations and scalability with the goal of achieving operational excellence. From the beginning, digitalization, customer centricity, human centered design and a holistic evolution of financial services play the main role in his work.
