Dr. Christian Cobbers

Dr. Christian Cobbers has many years of experience in finance and is a senior executive at Henkel. Together with his team, he is responsible for the parent company's financial statements under commercial law, IFRS reporting and corporate governance. In the course of his work, he has digitized global accounting processes, introduced an accounting-based internal control system, and implemented new working methods "New Work" in Finance Germany. Before joining Accounting in 2010, he worked at Henkel in central controlling and in the venture capital department. Dr. Cobbers studied economics and law at the Universities of St. Gallen, Bielefeld and Lausanne and earned a doctorate in business ethics at the University of St. Gallen.
