Dr. Richard Strate studied accounting and holds a PhD in sustainability reporting. He worked for 5 years at a tax consulting and auditing company. After 2 years in controlling at the private university in Bremen and another 4 years in controlling in the housing industry at GEWOBA AG, he is now head in business administration at GEWOBA AG. His area of responsibility covers accounting for various companies in the group and has about 20 employees in the department. Although the focus is on the development of processes and systems, the focus is on involving people and developing them in the change process.
