Torben Hofmayer is a partner and certified public auditor at Mazars in the Financial Advisory service line at the Hamburg office. He has been supporting his clients of various industries and sizes in their transaction projects for 18 years. His practice focuses on financial due diligence for buyers and sellers, business plan reviews, valuations as a basis for purchase price determination, fairness opinions and purchase accounting.
