He has been supporting his clients of various industries and sizes in their transaction projects for 18 years. His practice focuses on financial due diligence for buyers and sellers, business plan reviews, valuations as a basis for purchase price determination, fairness opinions and purchase accounting. In addition, Torben Hofmayer performs valuation projects of various kinds, including company valuations (according to IDW S 1), impairment tests (according to IFRS and HGB) and asset valuations (according to IDW S 5), for a wide range of occasions.
