Johannes Leßmann has been active in restructuration since 2002. Beginning as a corporate customer advisor intensive care at a major bank, he switched to enomyc in 2008 and has been accompanying financial and performance-related restructuring of middle class and family-run companies ever since. From this position on, he has also taken over the responsibility as the interim and restructuring manager in complex as well as complicated situations since 2011. Through his extensive banking knowledge, his experience covers consulting and operative management in the restructuring environment.
