Stefan Hoffman

Based on his own professional history, Mr. Stefan Hoffmann brings us practical experience from both the customer perspective and from the vendor perspective. This enables him not only to deal with customers individually, but also to find the best solutions for users and IT staff. Today, he works as Head of Professional Service at the company’s Hamburg location where he manages the technical team as well as his own major projects. He places a particular focus on invoice receipt projects in connection with IT systems, e.g. in the field of financial accounting and enterprise resource planning (DATEV, MS Dynamics NAV, SAP or similar). OPTIMAL SYSTEMS itself has been one of the leading ECM software producers since 1991 with approx. 3,000 customers, 700,000 users and 600 employees.
