Steffen Minier is CEO of TAXMARO, a software provider for process optimization in the payroll and HR area. He is a trained tax consultant and gained his first professional experience at KPMG in consulting and auditing medium-sized companies. The insights into financial processes he gained there led him to found his first company in the field of online financial accounting. After successfully selling the company to an international tax consulting firm, he developed TAXMARO, a collaboration solution for payroll accounting and employee administration for small and medium-sized companies. The goal of TAXMARO is the integration of the payroll process into existing organizational structures and software environments in order to achieve the individual optimal collaboration of all parties involved.
